High Speed WATERSPARC 5 Axis CNC

Watersparc machines single shaped holes, elongated slots, squares, conical and fan shaped holes using a single round electrode. Constructed from the latest super nickel alloys which pass all inspection criteria.

HSW2 6 Axis CNC

HSW2 erodes single round and shaped holes in aerofoil blades. This machine is extremely adaptable because its multi axis capability includes a 360 degree rotating table with the facility to tilt +/- 90 degrees from zero. This reduces the number of tooling set ups to a minimum, and thereby minimising expensive tooling costs.

The 6 Axis CNC controlled EDM uses de-ionised water as the dielectric medium.
