A purpose-built low cost high speed EDM system using tried and tested technology from SES (Glos) Ltd.

The SPCNC combines a small footprint with a large capacity worktable with two stage workhead to accommodate deeper workpieces. A 3 axis digital readout is fitted as standard with auto depth control and electrode wear compensation.

For specialist applications – e.g. aerospace and automotive etc – SES (Glos) Ltd offers a bespoke design service for jigs and fixtures, extended guide system and larger chucks to carry tubes up to 5mm.

Features include:

• programmable positioning in X Y and Z with canned cycles, PCD, circles, squares etc
• blind hole drilling with automatic wear calculation
• RS232 interface for storage and upload
