SP18

A purpose-built low cost high speed EDM system using tried and tested technology from SES (Glos) Ltd.

The SP18 combines a small footprint with a large capacity worktable with two stage workhead to accommodate deeper workpieces. A 3 axis digital readout is fitted as standard with auto depth control and electrode wear compensation.

A reverse polarity switch is fitted as standard to enable tube redressing to be carried out.

For specialist applications – e.g. aerospace and automotive etc – SES (Glos) Ltd offers a bespoke design service for jigs and fixtures, extended guide system and larger chucks to carry tubes up to 6mm.
